Detienen en flagrancia a sujeto con amplio prontuario policial y con elementos propios para cometer robo

Detectives de la Brigada Investigadora de Delitos Sexuales (BRISEX) y de la Brigada Antinarcóticos y Contra el Crimen Organizado (BRIANCO) de la PDI de Atacama lograron la detención de un sujeto de 26 años, de nacionalidad chilena, por los delitos de Portar Elementos Destinados Conocidamente Para Cometer Delito de Robo y Ocultamiento de Placa Patente, flagrante.

Lo anterior a través del trabajo analítico que está materializando la PDI que dice relación con los saqueos que han afectado a la ciudad, y su vinculación con personas que han sido detenidas en este contexto, lugares de donde provienen estas personas y antecedentes policiales, ha permitido posicionar y perfilar el tipo de sujetos que está participando en estos ilícitos y así también los lugares por donde normalmente se están desplazando. En este sentido, la estrategia de la PDI ha sido abarcar fuertemente esos sectores materializar controles asociados a la delincuencia común logrando realizar diversas detenciones en estos últimos días.

Al respecto el subprefecto Guillermo Namor, precisó: “mientras detectives de esta PDI materializaban una estrategia de investigación en el sector del Mall Plaza, cerca de las 16:00 horas del miércoles, se constata la presencia de un vehículo con tres ocupantes en su interior de los cuales ya existían antecedentes previos que estaban participando en situaciones de delitos acontecidos en el último tiempo, motivo por el cual se procede a realizar un control a este móvil momento en el cual los sujetos se dan a la fuga logrando darle alcance a quien conducía. El vehículo no mantenía a la vista sus placas patentes y a la revisión del interior se encontró una mochila con pasamontañas y con elementos conocidamente para la comisión del delito de robo. La situación es informada desde el lugar al fiscal quien ordena la detención de esta persona. Se gestiona la orden judicial para el domicilio del imputado en la comuna de Copiapó. El sujeto presenta 16 detenciones anteriores por delitos contra la propiedad y en este momento cuenta con tres órdenes de prohibición de acercarse a distintos locales comerciales”.                                         
Más adelante el subprefecto Namor, agregó “Una vez en el inmueble se encontraron tres cartuchos de munición calibre 12, así como también dinero falsificado. En este contexto se detiene a dos personas más, familiares del imputado a quienes se les traslada al complejo policial a prestar declaración y posteriormente son dejados en libertad. En relación a los sujetos que logran darse a la fuga, se está investigando quienes podrían ser y estamos realizando las diligencias pertinentes para su detención y establecer la vinculación que tienen con este y otros delitos que se están investigando”.

 El sujeto, quien mantiene antecedentes policiales por los delitos de Robo con Intimidación, Lesiones Menos Graves, Robo en Bienes Nacionales, Maltrato de Obra a Carabineros, Receptación, Robo con Violencia, Hurto Simple, Usurpación de Nombre y Robo con Intimidación, fue puesto a disposición del Juzgado de Garantía de Copiapó, donde se solicitó la medida cautelar de prisión preventiva, la que fue otorgada por el magistrado.
