El Liceo Bicentenario Mercedes Fritis constituyó sus 27 mesas receptoras de sugrafios, y en el horario preferente para el adulto mayor entre las 14 y las 17 horas, prácticamente sólo habían personas de la tercera edad en el local de votación, lo que habló del respeto del electorado general por la medida de horario preferente.
Así, los electores pudieron votar de forma rápida y expedita, asistidos o individualmente.
