Suman 16 casos nuevos de coronavirus para completar 7.486
Este jueves la Secretaría Regional Ministerial (Seremi) de Salud informó de 16 casos nuevos de Coronavirus en Atacama; los pacientes son de Copiapó (7), Diego de Almagro (4), Huasco (2), Freirina (1), Tierra Amarilla (1) y Vallenar (1).
En total van 7.486 casos positivos acumulados; de los que 7.140 se han recuperado y 76 -confirmados en laboratorio- han muerto. Quedan, entonces, 273 casos activos, siendo 31 los que estaban hospitalizados el miércoles.
En esta ocasión se supo que 14 de los pacientes presentan síntomas y dos son asintomáticos. Cabe señalar que estas cifras presentan un desfase debido al proceso de validación a nivel nacional del Ministerio de Salud.
La positividad alcanzada en esta jornada fue de 7 %; la más alta de los últimos días. Esto se debe a que el número de exámenes realizados disminuyó significativamente. Según el informe diario de Minsal solo se hicieron 221 test. (FKG)
