Atacama concentra la mayoría de sus casos activos en la Provincia del Huasco
El Seremi de Salud, Bastián Hermosilla, ratificó que los casos activos de los últimos días se han concentrado en la Provincia del Huasco; principalmente en la comuna de Vallenar, que este jueves sumó 11 nuevos contagiados para un total de 1.231.
Sin embargo, le sigue el paso Copiapó, que ayer obtuvo 14 diagnósticos positivos, y así Frerina (6), Diego de Almagro (4) y Tierra Amarilla (3). El total de la última jornada fue de 38, de los que 19 presentan síntomas, 18 son asintomáticos y uno no estaba notificado al Minsal.
La región llegó a 7.066 personas que han contraído el virus, siendo 6.635 lo que se recuperaron hasta la fecha y 70 los fallecidos. Esto deja un total de 366 pacientes activos entre los que 29 están hospitalizados en camas básicas (15), de Unidades de Cuidados Especiales (6), de Unidades de Tratamiento Intermedio (3) y Unidades de Cuidados Intensivos (5).
Con relación a la cantidad de exámenes realizados en esta ocasión, fueron 510 con un 7 % positividad, la cual es la misma que se ha mantenido durante la última semana. (FKG)
