Manuel Nanjarí: Chile se recupera para comunas sin cuarentena

El Secretario Regional Ministerial (Seremi) de Economía, Fomento y Turismo, Manuel Nanjarí Contreras, explicó las medidas que deben cumplir los restaurantes y cafés de las comunas sin cuarentena en la región de Atacama. Esta medida comenzó a partir de este 2 de septiembre para las ciudades que entraron en la fase de Preparación del plan Paso a Paso: Chile se Recupera”.

“Hemos definido un trabajo mancomunado junto a los seremis de Vivienda y Urbanismo, Transportes y Sernatur, para la utilización de espacios públicos y calles de los emprendedores del rubro gastronómico”, mencionó Nanjarí.

La idea es que puedan reactivar sus actividades en lugares abiertos con hasta un 25 % de su capacidad. Para ello considerarán los aportes y opiniones para después solicitar el apoyo a las diversas autoridades comunales a fin de que dispongan espacios de su administración de forma gratuita.

La atención a público podrá ser mediante garzones, siempre y cuando correspondan a trabajadores que vivan en comunas que no están en cuarentena. También se permitirá la asistencia de clientes que deseen consumir en las terrazas de los establecimientos.

Por espacio abierto se entenderá aquél que no tiene techo, o que, si cuenta con techo, tenga al menos un 50 % de su perímetro sin muros, con el apoyo de los municipios.

Los locales deberán cumplir con estrictas medidas sanitarias expuestas en el Protocolo de funcionamiento de Restaurantes y Cafés publicado en el sitio web del Ministerio de Economía. Éste exige, por ejemplo, el uso de mascarilla tanto por parte de clientes como trabajadores.

También contempla distanciamiento físico de al menos un metro lineal demarcado en los lugares donde se formen filas, limpieza y desinfección permanente de lugares de trabajo, entre otras descritas en el documento oficial.
