Gastón Gaudio: Argentina y Chile es un clásico, hay algo más que tenis de por medio
Gastón Gaudio, capitán del equipo argentino de Copa Davis, conversó con Ernesto Contreras, enviado especial de Al Aire Libre en Madrid, en la previa de las Finales que se disputarán en la capital española y afirmó que «hay nervios tremendos», porque el duelo entre chilenos y trasandinos «es un clásico».
«Será una serie complicada, porque Chile y Argentina es un clásico, hay algo más que tenis de por medio, hay nervios tremendos, la gente lo ve como la final del mundo y es sólo fase de grupos», declaró el «Gato» al micrófono de Cooperativa.
Gaudio también destacó el nivel de las raquetas nacionales: «Garin y Jarry tuvieron un año fabuloso, lo mismo pasa con los nuestros. Schwartzmann y Pella están en el mejor nivel de su carrera».
«Va a ser divertido, con buen nivel, y ojalá que gane Argentina. ¡Se lo digo a Chile!», cerró entre risas el capitán de los trasandinos.
