Municipio de Copiapó suspende eventos deportivos masivos por contingencia

Debido a la contingencia que se vive en la zona, es que el Municipio de Copiapó decidió suspender y aplazar dos importantes eventos deportivos, a realizar durante los próximos días.


La información la entregó a Diario Chañarcillo Fabiola Cabib Santana, encargada de la Unidad Técnica de Deporte Comunitario del municipio de Copiapó.


“Los eventos programados eran dos. Este sábado 16 de noviembre, el evento financiado a través de Minera Caserones que lleva por nombre La Super Familia de Copiapó, lo hemos suspendido por la contingencia, que no nos da la seguridad para nuestros beneficiarios, como así también al equipo contratado y al equipo de apoyo, tal como Defensa Civil, entonces no hay seguridad para realizarlo. Esto fue solicitado a la empresa y modificada la fecha para la primera quincena del mes de enero”, indicó.


“El otro acontecimiento deportivo era “Copiapó Extremo” que estaba programado para el domingo 24 de noviembre, fue modificado para el 15 de diciembre; donde también se está pidiendo la autorización al Gobierno Regional, porque que este proyecto es financiado por la Glosa del 6% de Deportes”, acotó.


Agregó en que el caso de “Copiapó Extremo” las inscripciones se encuentran abiertas, no variando la modalidad de la competencia: Evento Deportivo de equipos de 3 personas mayores de 18 años, que comprende una carrera de relevos que mezcla tramos en bicicleta y a pie por terrenos urbanos y extraurbanos, distancia total 21 K (Aprox). Categoría Damas /Varones.


“La invitación es que se sigan motivando los ya inscritos y que continúen entrenando, y quienes aún no lo han hecho, aprovechen esta oportunidad y participar en este gran evento deportivo del domingo 15 de diciembre, que por tercer año se va a realizar en la comuna de Copiapó. Por lo tanto este ya tiene su prestigio y sus seguidores en la competencia”, acotó Fabiola Cabib Santana.
EVENTOS Y ACTIVIDADES:
Estamos llegando a la conclusión de las actividades por parte del municipio, y a la hora de realizar una evaluación, la encargada de la Unidad Técnica de Deporte Comunitario de la Municipalidad de Copiapó, al respecto destacó que “desde que iniciamos el año con los talleres recreativos, con un gran número de asistentes ha resultado todo muy positivo, y ya lo estamos preparando para el 2020. Lo tenemos en carpeta y financiado por Minera Caserones. Durante el año realizamos una cantidad de eventos, dondela motivación mayor es que fueran realmente innovadores. Es así como generamos el Grande Pa, La Mamá Más Fuerte de Copiapó; e iba a concluir con La Super Familia el año. Además tuvimos corridas, cicletadas, eventos masivos de baile, de zumba, yoga. También tuvimos actividades para el adulto mayor, como lo fue “Muévete por un Adulto Mejor”. Además realizamos el evento Copiapó Salud Fitness, de tipo recreativa en el Parque, donde la empresa privada y pública dio a conocer su oferta deportiva, como así también todas las Pymes de la comuna que ofrecen productos de salud”.


La funcionaria además indicó, “quiero agradecer a Minera Caserones que nos ha apoyado durante todo el año, y ya han comprometido el apoyo para el 2020. Ya tenemos dos eventos ya financiados por ellos para el próximo año, y además destacar a las empresas y Pymes que siempre están en nuestras actividades ofreciendo sus productos y apoyando en generar esta instancia de gestión mutua, de coordinación y que va en beneficio de la comuna y sus habitantes. Buscamos ofrecer a los vecinos a través del municipio, bajo las instrucciones de nuestro Alcalde que la comuna haga actividad física; que podamos de alguna aportar a que bajen los niveles de sedentarismo en nuestros vecinos. Para ello trabajamos como Unidad Técnica, y con un gran equipo y que vamos en esa meta y ya estamos empoderados para el 2020 para ofrecer a la comunidad”.
