Rusia completa ensayos de Fase II de otra potencial vacuna para el covid-19
El instituto de virología vectorial de Siberia completó el martes los ensayos de etapa temprana en humanos, conocido como ensayos de Fase II, de una segunda potencial vacuna rusa para el covid-19, reportó la agencia de noticias Interfax citando al organismo de control estatal de seguridad del consumidor.
Rusia registró en agosto su primera vacuna candidata, desarrollada por el Instituto Gamaleya de Moscú, tras completar las primeras pruebas en humanos. “Hoy (ayer9 el último grupo de 20 voluntarios fue dado de alta del hospital”, dijo el organismo de control, Rospotrebnadzor, en un comunicado.
“Los 100 voluntarios fueron vacunados con dos dosis y completaron un período de seguimiento de 23 días en el hospital. Los voluntarios se sienten bien”.
