Prisión preventiva para hombre que asalto a botillería en Tierra Amarilla
Este martes en el Juzgado de Garantía de Copiapó dictó prisión preventiva para el hombre que fue detenido en Tierra Amarilla por robar 1.500.000 pesos de una botillería en dicha comuna; el magistrado determinó que el imputado cumplirá el proceso judicial, para el cual fijó un plazo de dos meses, en el Centro de Cumplimiento Penitenciario de Copiapó.
La audiencia se realizó la mañana siguiente al procedimiento ejecutado por efectivos policiales de la Unidad de Análisis Criminal y Focos de la Fiscalía de Atacama y la Brigada Investigadora de Robos (Biro) de la Policía de Investigaciones (PDI); en ella el fiscal Renán Gallardo Angel, pidió la privativa de libertad.
La medida cautelar a la que accedió el juez se argumenta en el hecho de que el imputado representa un peligro para la seguridad de la sociedad, considerando que el motivo de su captura fue un violento robo en compañía de otro individuo que fue formalizado primero que él.
La Unidad de Análisis Criminal y Focos de la Fiscalía de Atacama realizó un detallado trabajo de recolección de antecedentes a partir de la revisión de los registros de las cámaras de seguridad, toma de declaraciones y otras diligencias que estuvieron a cargo de personal de la Biro.
“A partir de esto se logró establecer la identidad de uno de los participantes de este ilícito, quien al ser detenido tenía en su poder las vestimentas que portaba al momento del robo”, dijo el fiscal. Estos hechos y los medios de prueba reunidos en la carpeta investigativa fueron conocidos en la última audiencia de formalización. (FKG)
