Carabineros 4ª Comisaría El Salvador y su Rol de Solidaridad Social
Producto de los fuertes vientos que afectaron la región de Atacama y gran parte del país, anunciados por la Dirección Meteorológica de Chile, durante la tarde del lunes el personal de Carabineros de la 4ª Comisaría El Salvador se constituyó en el sector portal El Inca de esta localidad, ante el llamado de una vivienda dañada (voladura de techo), de propiedad de un adulto mayor de 86 años.
Esta persona, que vive sola en dicha vivienda fue asistida de forma inmediata por Carabineros de El Salvador, quienes llegaron hasta el sector Portal El Inca a trabajar en la reposición de la techumbre. Esta situación fue informada al Departamento de Emergencias de la Municipalidad de Diego de Almagro, quienes también se constituyeron en el lugar para prestar la ayuda necesaria a esta persona.
Esta ayuda se enmarca dentro de las acciones permanentes que realiza Carabineros en beneficio de la ciudadanía y en particular, un adulto mayor con problemas de audición. Se está gestionando con la Municipalidad de Diego de Almagro y Gobernación Provincial de Chañaral, ayuda social que permita ir en apoyo al referido adulto mayor.
