Fiscalía Oriente formalizará a senador Ossandón por tráfico de influencias
La Fiscalía Oriente decidió formalizar por el delito de tráfico reiterado de influencias al senador Manuel José Ossandón. El congresista declaró ayer como imputado en el marco de la causa que sigue el jefe de la Unidad de Delitos de Alta Complejidad de la Fiscalía Oriente, fiscal Felipe Sepulveda. Tras la audiencia, indicó que estaba “muy tranquilo” y que había presentado todos los antecedentes que tenía. “Yo confió en la Fiscalía y la justicia, y no me corresponde dar más antecedentes”, agregó.
Todo nació por una querella presentada por el alcalde de Pirque, Cristián Balmaceda, primo de Ossandón, por presuntamente realizar presiones contra él en favor de la empresa Cavilú SpA, y prorrogar su licitación para extraer áridos en el río Maipo. Sin embargo, uno de los socios de esa firma sería Nicolás Ossandón, hijo del congresista, por lo que se configuraría el delito de tráfico de influencias.
