La Directora Regional del Servicio Electoral en Atacama, María Isabel Barón Cailly, informa a la ciudadanía y electores que el día 27 de julio de 2020, se publica en el sitio web del Servicio Electoral, los Padrones Electorales de carácter Auditados y las nóminas de electores Inhabilitados para sufragar, los cuales podrán ser objeto de reclamación de conformidad a lo establecido en la Ley N°18.556.

RECLAMACIÓN

*Debe presentarse ante el Tribunal Electoral Regional (TER), sea por una persona que fue omitida del padrón o figure con datos erróneos (art. 48 y 49,  Ley 18.556).
*Se presenta en forma verbal, por escrito y/o vía remota al correo electrónico, acompañando los antecedentes pertinentes y como requisito fundamental se debe adjuntar a la presentación copia cédela de identidad del ciudadano.

Fuera del horario de atención podrá ser presentada en el domicilio Elías Nicolás N°2758, Portal San Fernando de Copiapó.
