12 tasas de créditos hipotecarios vuelven a subir luego de tres semanas a la baja
Las tasas de interés de los créditos hipotecarios volvieron a subir entre la semana comprendida entre el 8 y 15 de junio, luego de tres bajas consecutivas, de acuerdo con datos publicados por el Banco Central; las comisiones de los préstamos para la vivienda en dicho periodo tuvieron un promedio de 2,87 %, 0,11 punto porcentual más que el 2,76 % registrado entre el 1 y 7 de junio.
De esta forma, la tasa de interés de estos créditos vuelve a alejarse del mínimo histórico de 1,91% de la primera semana de noviembre de 2019. Por otro lado, las tasas de interés promedio de los créditos de consumo también subieron. Entre el 8 y 15 de junio estas marcaron un 21,13% (anualizadas), versus el 21,08% registrado en la semana previa.
Las comisiones de los préstamos comerciales también avanzaron. El promedio de la tasa de estos créditos fue de 4,94% entre el 8 y 15 de junio, mientras que entre el 1 y 7 de este mismo mes la cifra fue de 4,54%.
