Dos lesionados en volcamiento vehicular en el camino a Mina San José
En horas de la mañana de ayer martes los equipos de Emergencia de Caldera debieron movilizarse hacia el kilómetro 18 de la ruta C 351, más conocido como camino a Mina San José, dado que habían recibido alerta por un accidente en el lugar.
Posteriormente se tomó conocimiento que el accidente se trataba del volcamiento de un vehículo particular marca Nissan, modelo SUV, que se dirigía desde Copiapó hacia Caldera y en el lugar referido el conductor por alguna mala maniobra habría perdido su control saliendo de la ruta para volcar a un costado del camino terminando su recorrido en posición normal, semi enterrado.
Personal del SAMU de Caldera conjuntamente con bomberos al llegar pudieron constatar que los 2 ocupantes del móvil presentaban lesiones de diversa consideración, prestando los primeros auxilios en el mismo lugar para luego trasladarlos hasta el SAPU del puerto. Carabineros que también concurrieron al sitio del accidente iniciaron la investigación de rigor que permitirá determinar la causa del volcamiento, no descartándose el consumo de alcohol, lo que será precisado por la alcoholemia respectiva.
