Minsal: 27 muertes por Covid-19, el mayor número en un día, y 1.886 nuevos casos
El subsecretario de Redes Asistenciales, Arturo Zúñiga, informó que hay 751 pacientes de Covid-19 hospitalizados en unidades de cuidados intensivos, 624 de ellos conectados a ventiladores mecánicos y 127 en estado crítico.
El Ministerio de Salud informó que hasta las 21:00 horas del viernes se registraron otros 27 fallecimientos por Covid-19, superando la cifra de ayer -fueron 26-, por lo que es la mayor cifra reportada hasta la fecha, con lo cual el total acumulado llegó a 421 muertes en todo el país.
NUEVOS CASOS:
Además, se verificaron 1.886 nuevos casos, una baja respecto a los últimos días, donde se superaban los 2 mil casos por jornada. Sin embargo, la subsecretaria de Salud Pública, Paula Daza, advirtió que la disminución, probablemente, se deba a un menor número de casos informados por los laboratorios, por lo que en los próximos días podría haber un nuevo aumento.
“Hay que ser muy cautelosos, los datos siguen siendo muy oscilantes”, dijo Daza. El total de casos en el país es de 41.428.
Sobre los casos nuevos de contagio, la subsecretaria detalló que 1.573 presentaron síntomas y que 313 fueron diagnosticados con examen de PCR, debido a que no presentaron síntomas. Agregó que ya hay 18.014 pacientes recuperados.
