Presidente de EEUU llamó a Piñera para hablar del desarrollo de vacuna
El presidente de Estados Unidos, Donald Trump, llamó este jueves a su homólogo, Sebastián Piñera, para hablar sobre el desarrollo de la vacuna por el coronavirus, así como la expansión de la pandemia en Chile, Estados Unidos y en América Latina.
Piñera le explicó las medidas adoptadas por Chile y los resultados que hasta el momento ha tenido la estrategia contra el covid-19 y manifestó su interés en “poner a Chile en una posición de privilegio para que cuando tengamos una vacuna esa vacuna llegue en forma oportuna”. La conversación también se centró en los tratamientos terapéuticos, así como de la profunda recesión que ha generado en la nación norteamericana.
