Luego de que el viernes el Gobierno publicada un documento denominado “plan gradual de retorno de personas a funciones presenciales” de la administración central del Estado, el presidente Sebastián Piñera habló de lo que ahora se llama Retorno Seguro y que antes era identificado como Nueva Normalidad.
Además de reforzar que protocolo pide información detallada sobre la definición de funciones básicas, prestaciones y servicios que debe mantener cada institución pública, se refirió a los fundamentos del plan.
En primer lugar, dijo que, si bien hay que proteger la salud y la vida, el Gobierno también se preocupa por el trabajo de las personas, el ingreso de su familia y la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos, por lo que “tenemos que prepararnos para un retorno seguro”.
Advirtió que como “el coronavirus va a estar con nosotros por mucho tiempo, probablemente hasta fines del próximo año, tenemos que aprender a vivir con él, cuidando nuestra salud, pero también evitando que una pandemia transitoria se transforme en una crisis social y económica permanente”.
