O.S.7 Atacama captura ciudadanos extranjeros dedicados a la venta de drogas mediante sistema delivery

En el marco de las investigaciones permanentes que realiza la sección del OS7 Atacama, para detener a los traficantes de drogas, detuvo a dos personas que se dedicaban a la venta de droga en el sistema de delivery.                                                                                                                                         
Producto de este procedimiento se logró la incautación de marihuana, y dinero, finalizando un proceso investigativo con el allanamiento de un domicilio de la comuna de Copiapó.
                                          
Según lo informado por el Capitán de Carabineros, Eugenio Olea García, jefe de la sección OS7 Atacama, se trató de un trabajo en conjunto entre Carabineros y la Fiscalía de Atacama, con la finalidad de indagar y desbaratar grupos que se dedican al tráfico de drogas por medio de las redes sociales. Estas diligencias se efectúan bajo variadas técnicas que permitan hacer una labor sigilosa y encubierta, según la ley lo permita.                                                                                                                          Fue en este contexto que el personal de Carabineros allanó, durante la jornada de ayer, un domicilio ubicado en el sector poblacional de Cartavio, el cual quedó al descubierto tras esta investigación coordinada con el Ministerio Público. Las unidades especializadas de Carabineros pudieron detectar diversos modus operandi, los que se ocupan en distintas aplicaciones para la venta de sustancias ilícitas y que tienen relación con la utilización de una App de mensajería.                                             

En el allanamiento se encontró una importante cantidad de marihuana a granel avaluada en más de 1.500.000 y lista para la venta, además de dinero en efectivo, La investigación determinó que los imputados K.A.C.C de 24 años, y S.M.B. de 46 años, vendían marihuana vía internet, desde la plataforma WhatsApp.                                

El Fiscal del caso instruyó que el imputado por infracción al Art. 4° Ley 20.000, pasaran ayer a control de detención en el Tribunal de Garantía de Copiapó y luego ser formalizados por ilícito ya referido.
