JVRC adopta medidas de contingencia por el Covid-19
Desde el miércoles 18 de marzo, el equipo operativo y administrativo de la Junta de Vigilancia del Río Copiapó y sus Afluentes, JVRC redujo sus actividades presenciales, con el objetivo de contribuir a la prevención de la propagación del Covid-19.
Cristian González, Gerente General de dicha entidad al informar del tema señaló que se adoptó tales medidas, como una forma de responder al llamado de las autoridades nacionales ante la declaración de la Fase 4 de la pandemia.
De esta forma, las operaciones de monitoreo en terreno fueron reducidas a la inspección de puntos específicos. Además, desde la misma fecha, las labores administrativas se realizan desde los hogares. Para aquello se ha implementado un sistema similar al ejecutado durante las tardes, luego del estallido social.
Puntualiza que conscientes de la importancia de la continuidad de la entrega de aguas, se ha establecido un sistema de turnos que permitirá mantener la operación de todo el circuito de conducción y distribución del vital elemento. “Como siempre, agradecemos su comprensión y esperamos que apenas las condiciones sanitarias nacionales lo permitan, podamos restablecer nuestro funcionamiento con total normalidad. Como consecuencia de lo anterior, hemos tomado la de- cisión de hacerles llegar esta edición virtual, que contiene todas las novedades de los primeros meses de este 2020, que quedará en la historia del mundo como uno de los episodios más complejos del nuevo siglo. Esperamos que los disfruten en el calor de su hogar, res- guardados de todo peligro. Atentamente Equipo Operativo JVRC”, añadió.
