Cámara rechaza monto y envía a comisión mixta «Bono Covid» del Gobierno para familias y Pymes
A comisión mixta fue despachado el plan económico del Gobierno, que apoya a familias, micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas, por el impacto del Covid-19.
La iniciativa contempla la entrega de un bono a todos los beneficiarios del Subsidio Familiar y del Subsistema del Seguridades y Oportunidades; reduce transitoriamente a 0% la tasa del impuesto de Timbres y Estampillas; y autoriza a una capitalización de BancoEstado.
El debate se entrampó en el monto del bono que entregaría el Ejecutivo solo en una ocasión, que equivale a 50 mil pesos por causante de subsidio familiar que tenga el beneficiario, o de 50 mil pesos por familia en caso de que sea usuario del Subsistema del Seguridades y Oportunidades, lo que fue calificado como insuficiente por la oposición.
Desde la oposición se instó al Gobierno a aumentar el monto a entregar y permitir que éste sea entregado más de una vez, mientras dure el período de cuarentena sanitaria.
El ministro de Hacienda, Ignacio Briones, lamentó el resultado de la votación y pidió a la comisión mixta que apruebe la iniciativa contemplada en primera instancia.
Argumentó que de ser necesario, el Gobierno volverá a evaluar la posibilidad de entregar el bono por más de una vez.
