Mujer que residía en conocido condominio fue detenida por tráfico de pasta base
La imputada junto a su pareja fueron detenidos y puestos a disposición de los tribunales por el delito de tráfico de droga.
El trabajo de investigación que desarrolla día a día el personal especializado del OS7 Atacama, permitió detener a una mujer que se dedicaba, junto a su pareja, al tráfico de pasta base de cocaína, en conocido condominio de la comuna de Copiapó.
La mujer identificada con las iniciales N.N.M.P., de 31 años, fue sorprendida por el personal de Carabineros realizando transacciones de droga, instancia en la cual se le incautaron 3 bolsas de nylon transparente contenedoras de pasta base de cocaína, además de dinero en efectivo, teléfonos celulares y evidencia asociada al ilícito.
Como complementación al proceso de investigación, también se consideró el allanamiento al domicilio ubicado en un conocido condominio de Leónidas Pérez, estableciéndose además la relación directa en el delito con los imputados H.R.M.B., 27 años y J.P.C.C., 42 años.
La mujer detenida ocultaba droga al interior del vehículo que era utilizado también por su pareja, lo cual fue reconocido por la imputada, quien autorizó voluntariamente su registro, acompañando al personal policial hasta el sector de los estacionamientos donde se encontraba el móvil, donde hizo entrega de 12 bolsas de nylon transparente contenedoras de pasta base de cocaína con un peso total de 5 gramos 800 miligramos, además de un envoltorio de 200 miligramos con la misma sustancia. Esta evidencia se encontraba oculta en la guantera del vehículo Station Wagon, marca kia, modelo Sportage, por lo que también se procedió a la incautación de éste.
El total de la droga incautada en este procedió alcanzó un peso de 7 gramos 400 miligramos, además de 607 mil pesos en dinero en efecto. Conforme a la evidencia incautada se procedió a la detención de los imputados, quienes fueron puestos a disposición de los tribunales.
