El presidente de Estados Unidos, Donald Trump, culpó a la disputa por el mercado petrolero entre Rusia y Arabia Saudita y a las “noticias falsas” por el derrumbe de los índices de Wall Street el lunes, que ha sido exacerbado por una baja en la demanda del crudo ante la epidemia del coronavirus.
En una serie de tuits, Trump también dijo que el desplome de los precios del petróleo beneficiaría a los estadounidenses: “Es bueno para el consumidor, los precios de las gasolinas van a bajar”, sostuvo.
