Prisión preventiva para imputado por Caso AK-47 que se entregó a la Justicia
Prisión preventiva por 4 meses fue decretada para Matías Ugalde, sexto imputado por el caso de compra y venta de un fusil de asalto ruso AK-47, quien se entregó este jueves a la Justicia.
Es el segundo involucrado en quedar en prisión preventiva, aparte de Joaquín Valdés Muñoz. Ambos serían las personas que habrían sido escuchadas en una conversación telefónica negociando la transacción.
Ugalde está casado desde 2003 con Valeria Palma Bancalari, quien también fue formalizada por esta causa quedando con arresto domiciliario nocturno.
El caso de la venta del fusil está siendo investigado en reserva por la Fiscalía Oriente, habiendo sido ya formalizadas 5 personas por el delito de porte y tenencia de armas de fuego y municiones, estando una de ellas en prisión preventiva
