Hoy a las 11:00 horas en la Biblioteca Patrimonial: Museo Regional invita a charla en conmemoración 190º natalicio de Pedro León Gallo
El Museo Regional de Atacama es una Institución pública encargada de rescatar y difundir el patrimonio cultural de la Región, como bien común para el desarrollo integral de su comunidad. Su permanente labor es rescatar, registrar, documentar, conservar, investigar, poner en valor y difundir el patrimonio cultural que resguarda; el cual se constituye por colecciones que integran y dan cuenta de parte importante de la identidad cultural de la zona.
Considerando lo anterior, el Museo Regional de Atacama invita a toda la comunidad a una charla en conmemoración del natalicio del empresario, político, minero y líder revolucionario PEDRO LEON GALLO GOYENECHEA, quien fue uno de los fundadores del Partido Radical, sin dejar de lado su gran conciencia social dada la época en la que vivía, su lucha constante por la igualdad tanto en conocimientos educacionales para las mujeres, como en la brecha laboral. Fue un visionario, revolucionario con inquietudes de mejorar el ámbito socio – económico de la regionalización, cuyos ideales aun siguen en completa vigencia.
Esta actividad tendrá lugar hoy en la Biblioteca Patrimonial del Museo Regional de Atacama a las 11:00 horas (Atacama #98, esquina Rancagua)
