Dron obligó a suspender las operaciones del mayor aeropuerto de España
El aeropuerto de Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez suspendió sus actividades durante unos 90 minutos por la presencia de al menos un dron, lo que obligó a cerrar el espacio aéreo y desviar 22 vuelos, según el gestor del tráfico aéreo Enaire.
La Policía Nacional y la Guardia Civil trabajan para localizar al operador del dron o drones detectados sobre el aeropuerto, para lo que desplegaron patrullas en los alrededores, según confirmaron fuentes de ambos cuerpos.
Además, se confirmó un comité local de seguridad en el aeropuerto, en el que participan tanto Aena, Enaire, la Guardia Civil y la Policía Nacional.
El cierre del aeropuerto se produjo después de detectar la presencia de al menos un aparato volador en el espacio aéreo, en un día ya complicado para el tráfico aéreo por la intensa niebla que cubrió el aeródromo madrileño.
La Agencia Estatal de Seguridad Aérea (AESA), responsable de la normativa de vuelos, aclaró que analizará la gravedad de la infracción y que en función de ello impondrá la multa correspondiente, que oscila entre 60 y 225 mil euros (desde 52 mil a 196 millones de pesos).
