4 detenidos tras allanamientos masivos de la OS-7 en Copiapó

Carabineros de la Sección O.S.7 Atacama no da tregua al tráfico y microtráfico de drogas en la región. Es así que, en esta ocasión y producto de un trabajo investigativo conjunto con el Ministerio Público a cargo de la Fiscal Andrea Díaz Tapia, logró la detención de cuatro personas, tres chilenos y un colombiano, quienes se dedicaban al lucrativo negocio de venta de sustancias ilícitas.

PROCEDIMIENTO

Según detalló el Jefe de la Sección O.S.7 Atacama mayor Eugenio Olea García el procedimiento se inició con una investigación conjunta con la Fiscalía Local de Copiapó, que derivó en allanamientos simultáneos en tres domicilios de la comuna.

Según Olea, la investigación policial determinó que en tres inmuebles de los sectores poblacionales Jotabeche y Balmaceda Sur, de la comuna de Copiapó, se realizaban transacciones de diferentes tipos de sustancias ilícitas. Por esta razón y mediante Orden Judicial de Entrada y Registro a estos tres domicilios, se procedió al respectivo allanamiento.

RESULTADOS:

Producto de estas intervenciones se logró incautar 153 gramos 900 miligramos de Marihuana; 14 gramos de Pasta Base de Cocaína; 2 gramos 200 miligramos de Clorhidrato de Cocaína. En total 170 gramos 100 miligramos de diferentes sustancias prohibidas. También se incautaron 207 mil pesos en efectivo, pesas digitales y un automóvil, marca Ford, modelo Fiesta, color grafito, el que mantenía placas patentes que no correspondían a dicho móvil. Además, dicho vehículo mantenía encargo vigente por el delito de “Robo de Vehículo Motorizado” de noviembre de 2021, que de esa fecha era utilizado para la venta de drogas.

DETENIDOS:

Los imputados por infracción Ley 20.000, Orden Vigente, Receptación y Uso Malicioso de Instrumento Publico fueron identificados con las iniciales K.P.A., 22 años, chilena, sin antecedentes penales; R.A.S., 37 años, chileno, con antecedentes penales por diversos delitos y tráfico de droga reiterado; M.V.V., 19 años, chileno, sin antecedentes y J.M.G., 43 años, colombiano, con antecedentes por tráfico de drogas y una orden de detención vigente por el delito de *Robo con Violencia*, de fecha 02.02.2022, del Juzgado de Garantia de Copiapó.

La Fiscalía Local de Copiapó instruyó que todos los imputados pasaran a control de detención el día ayer miércoles 9 de marzo.

El Jefe de la Sección O.S.7 Atacama mayor Eugenio Olea García formuló un llamado a los vecinos y vecinas a denunciar los focos de microtráfico de drogas, porque si bien es cierto en estos lugares no tienen grandes cantidades de droga, estos son domicilios frecuentes de venta de productos ilícitos y penados por ley, los cuales además de ocasionar un gran daño a la salud de los consumidores, generan inseguridad y otros delitos en los barrios y principalmente en aquellos lugares donde se radican los microtraficantes.

Es importante reiterar a la ciudadanía la importancia que tiene para Carabineros la denuncia, porque es a través de esta información que permite neutralizar estos puntos o focos de drogas.

“Cabe destacar que en este procedimiento donde logramos sacar de circulación cerca de 355 dosis de diversos tipos de sustancias ilícitas, nació a través del levantamiento de información y del trabajo conjunto y especializado del OS7 y Fiscalía Copiapó”, comentó finalmente el mayor de Carabineros.
